If you think about it, everyone is in relationship.
Some relationships are short some relationships are longer. Some are friendship, some business, some romantic. Some relationships are with life, with awareness, some with beauty, some with your higher source.
I stumbled onto this truth one morning as I went outside after a light rain. My attention was drawn to the beautiful flowers we have in our garden. The sun was shining on a flower, so full of beauty and was accented with some water droplets on it. It was so beautiful I had to go get the camera.
As I started to look closely, I was filled with the sense of awe, witnessing the beauty of the flower with the raindrops on it.
A question came to me: who is more blessed? The flower or the raindrop?
I discovered I had no answer. They complement each other, just like all healthy relationships do.
And then I thought came to me, maybe I’m the one more blessed by the beauty I’m witnessing. Also being drawn in to wonder, by pondering who is more blessed in a truly meaningful relationship. The question ”who is more blessed” has no single answer.
